Boil the Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the Walnut: Toss in the whole walnut (you can also crack it open for a stronger infusion).
Simmer: Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the nutrients to infuse into the water.
Remove Walnut: Take the walnut out (you can eat it later for added fiber and healthy fats).
Drink Up: Let the water cool slightly, then sip it warm—ideally before bed or on an empty stomach.
