Cut the ends off the banana and place it (with the peel on) into a pot with 2 cups of water.
Boil the banana in the water for about 10 minutes.
Once it’s done boiling, remove the banana and strain the water into a cup.
Let the liquid cool slightly, then drink it about 30 minutes before bed.
