Blueberry Salsa: A Fresh and Flavorful Twist on a Classic Favorite

Wash the blueberries thoroughly and cut them in half.
Dice the red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño. Remove the seeds from the jalapeño if you prefer a milder salsa, or leave them in for extra heat.
Chop the cilantro finely and set aside.
Combine the Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, combine the halved blueberries, diced red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture and add honey or agave syrup, if using, to balance the sweetness. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
