Blueberry Rice Krispies Treats

Grease a 9×9-inch square baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal of the treats.
2. Melt the Butter and Marshmallows:
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
3. Add Blueberry Jam:
Stir in the blueberry jam (or fruit spread) and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
4. Combine with Rice Krispies:
Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until the cereal is fully coated with the blueberry marshmallow mixture.
5. Press the Mixture Into the Pan:
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or your hands (greased or dampened to prevent sticking) to press the mixture down evenly and compact it.
6. Add Toppings (Optional):
If desired, sprinkle white chocolate chips or dried blueberries on top for extra flavor and texture.
7. Cool and Serve:
Let the treats cool completely in the pan for at least 30 minutes before cutting them into squares.
