Best Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls Recipe

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage and cream cheese. Use your hands or a spatula to blend the two until they are well combined.

Add the drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, and biscuit baking mix. Stir everything together until fully incorporated.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the sausage balls to cool slightly before serving.
