Beef Burrito with Melted Cheese, Tomato, and Cilantro Rice: A Flavorful and Satisfying Meal

Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and lime juice.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your preferred doneness.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
2. Prepare the Cilantro Rice:
In a pot, bring 2 cups of water or broth to a boil.
Add rice and a pinch of salt. Cover, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
