Season the short ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the short ribs on both sides until browned.
Reduce heat to low and add BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and let simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the ribs are fall-apart tender.
2. Prepare the Garlic Butter Corn:
Boil corn in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Brush the garlic butter over the corn and sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Make Crispy Fries:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. Prepare Mac & Cheese:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Stir in cooked macaroni and season with garlic powder and black pepper.
