Banana Mango Avocado Smoothie: A Tropical Blend of Creamy Goodness

Peel the banana and slice it into chunks. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and discard the pit. If you’re using fresh mango, peel and chop it into chunks. If using frozen mango, you can skip this step.

Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the banana, avocado, mango chunks, coconut water (or almond milk), and honey (or maple syrup). Add lime juice if you’d like a touch of citrus. For a thicker smoothie, you can also add a few ice cubes.

Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more coconut water or almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Serve:
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of lime or a few mango chunks if desired.
