Banana Cheesecake Delight

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan, forming an even crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice if you prefer a tangy taste.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Add the Banana Layer:

Slice the bananas and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange the banana slices evenly on top of the cheesecake layer.

Top with Caramel:

Drizzle caramel sauce over the bananas, and sprinkle chopped walnuts or graham cracker crumbs on top if desired.

Chill and Serve:

Refrigerate the Banana Cheesecake Delight for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors set.

Slice and serve chilled for a creamy, indulgent treat.
