Balsamic Grilled Flank Steak Caprese

Make the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Marinate the Steak: Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Steak: Remove the flank steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Rest the Steak: Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Prepare the Caprese: While the steak is resting, combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
Slice and Serve: Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips and serve topped with the tomato, mozzarella, and basil mixture.
Enjoy your Balsamic Grilled Flank Steak Caprese, a perfect combination of savory, fresh, and vibrant flavors!
