Baked Salmon Sushi Casserole

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Rice:

In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.

Pour over the warm sushi rice and mix well.

Evenly spread the rice into the greased baking dish.

Make the Salmon Mixture:

In another bowl, mix flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cream cheese until well combined.

Assemble & Bake:

Spread the salmon mixture evenly on top of the rice layer.

Generously sprinkle furikake seasoning over the top.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.

Garnish & Serve:

Let the dish cool slightly before garnishing with shredded nori, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Serve warm with nori sheets for scooping or enjoy as is!
