Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti: A Cozy, Cheesy Delight

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Toss the cooked pasta with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Make the Creamy Cheese Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, milk, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This will be the cheesy filling for your pasta.
Combine the Pasta and Cream Cheese Mixture:

Add the cooked pasta to the cheese mixture, tossing to coat all the noodles evenly. The creamy mixture should envelop the pasta, creating a luscious, cheesy layer.
Layer the Dish:

Spread half of the creamy pasta mixture in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour half of the marinara sauce over the pasta layer.
Repeat the process with the remaining pasta mixture and sauce, finishing with a layer of marinara sauce on top.
Bake the Dish:

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and slightly golden.
Serve:

Once the dish is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil for a pop of color.
