Baked Chili Dogs: A Classic Comfort Food Delight

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or a baking sheet with olive oil.
Prepare the Hot Dogs:

Place the hot dog buns in the baking dish, slightly spaced apart. Arrange the hot dogs inside the buns.
Add the Chili:

Spoon a generous amount of chili over each hot dog, ensuring it’s covered well. If you prefer extra chili, feel free to add more!
Top with Cheese:

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chili-covered hot dogs. The cheese will melt beautifully as they bake.
Bake:

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the buns are slightly toasted.
Garnish and Serve:

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped onions (if using) and a drizzle of mustard for extra flavor. Serve immediately while hot.
