Baked Chicken Ricotta Meatballs with Spinach

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add Spinach:

Fold in chopped spinach until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and slightly browned on the outside.
