Bacon-Wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast – Don’t LOSE this Recipe!

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Prepare the Chicken

Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, dividing it evenly. Secure the edges with toothpicks if necessary.
Step 4: Wrap with Bacon

Wrap 2-3 slices of bacon around each stuffed chicken breast, ensuring the entire piece is covered. Tuck the ends of the bacon underneath to secure.
Step 5: Sear and Bake

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until the bacon starts to crisp.
Transfer the chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Step 6: Broil for a Golden Finish

For crispier bacon, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
Step 7: Serve

Remove the toothpicks, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, and serve warm.
