Bacon Mozzarella Stuffed Bombs – A Cheesy Explosion of Flavor!

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the bacon bombs on the rack with space between each. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.

Air Fryer Method:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the bacon bombs in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if necessary). Air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Optional Icing: In a small saucepan, combine honey and balsamic vinegar. Heat over low heat until slightly thickened. Brush the icing on the hot bacon bombs for a sweet and tangy finish.

Serve and Enjoy: Remove the toothpicks and transfer the bacon bombs to a serving tray. Serve immediately with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
