Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger Wrap: The Ultimate Comfort Food Fusion

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and stir continuously to create a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes until it’s lightly golden.
Gradually add the milk, whisking to avoid lumps. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked macaroni pasta and stir to combine. Set aside and keep warm.
Cook the Burger Patties:

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 burger patties.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the Wrap:

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wrapped burgers seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve and Enjoy:

Once the wraps are crispy and golden, remove them from the skillet. Slice them in half and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or additional toppings.
