Bacon Cheeseburger Grilled Cheese: A Decadent Fusion of Two Comfort Food Classics

Cook the beef patties as you normally would. Once cooked, set them aside.
Cook the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
On the non-buttered side of two slices, layer cheddar cheese, a burger patty, a couple of slices of bacon, and then a little ketchup and mustard.
Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
Step 3: Grill the Sandwich
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place the assembled sandwich on the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Press down slightly with a spatula to get that perfectly crispy crust.
Step 4: Serve
Once the sandwich is crispy and golden, remove it from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before cutting it in half.
Serve warm with a side of crispy fries or a simple salad for a complete meal.
