At 73 years old, I regenerated my foie gras, ended my joint pain, and regained my energy thanks to this ancestral blend

Looking back, I realize how many years of bad eating habits contributed to my health issues. Like many people, I’ve been consuming processed foods, excess sugar, and unhealthy fats for much of my life. These habits led to fat accumulation in my liver, triggering what doctors call “non-alcoholic hepatosis” (NAFLD). I didn’t have any symptoms at first, but as time went by I started to feel lethargic, bloated, and tired.
Joint pain has been another battle. Arthritis was making my knees and fingers stiff, making simple movements painful. I trusted painkillers, but they only brought me temporary relief. Worse yet, my lung capacity was declining: I was out of breath easily and struggling to breathe deeply.
