Apple Cake Without Flour: You’ll Love It – Fluffy and Healthy!

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Apples:
Peel and grate the apples. Squeeze out any excess liquid to prevent the batter from becoming too runny.

Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the melted coconut oil and continue mixing until combined.

Add the Dry Ingredients:
In another bowl, combine the almond meal, cinnamon, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in the grated apples.

Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The cake should be golden brown and firm to the touch.

Cool and Serve:
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!
