Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean your chicken wings in a mixture of salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the wings with Lawry’s seasoned salt, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder.
Place the wings on a cooling rack over a baking sheet to allow air circulation for crispy wings.
Bake the wings in the oven for 20 minutes, flip them over, and bake for another 20 minutes. Finally, flip them back over and cook for an additional 15 minutes to ensure they are crispy and golden brown.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
While the wings are cooking, start making the Alfredo sauce.
In a pan on medium heat, melt the butter.
Once the butter has melted, slowly whisk in the heavy whipping cream.
Add the seasoning: salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Let the mixture come to a light boil.
Turn the heat down to low and let it simmer for about 3 minutes or until it slightly thickens.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix well until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Toss the Wings in Alfredo Sauce:
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven.
Add the wings to the Alfredo sauce and toss them gently to coat evenly.
Serve:
Plate the wings, making sure they are well-coated with the Alfredo sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy your creamy, flavorful Alfredo Chicken Wings!
