Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a marinade.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Prepare the Skewers:

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers. Arrange them in a single layer, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Cook the Chicken Skewers:

Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure the chicken pieces aren’t overcrowded for the best crisping.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping the skewers halfway through the cooking time. The chicken should be golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serve:

Remove the skewers from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
Serve immediately with a side of dipping sauce (like marinara or ranch) if desired.
