Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
Step 2: Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces and toss them in olive oil along with the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Step 3: Thread the Chicken onto Skewers
Thread the chicken pieces onto each skewer, packing them tightly.
Trim the tops of the skewers if necessary to fit in your air fryer.
Step 4: Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mix with minced garlic.
Once the butter is partially melted, add red pepper flakes, hot sauce (if using), parsley, and parmesan. Whisk everything together until well combined.
Step 5: Cook the Skewers
Reserve ⅓ of the sauce for basting during cooking.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place 2-3 skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the skewers, baste them with the reserved sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Flip again, baste with the sauce, and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. The total cooking time should be approximately 12-14 minutes.
Step 6: Serve
Brush the skewers with the remaining sauce once more and sprinkle with extra parmesan before serving.
