Flaky choux pastry filled with a smooth, cinnamon-spiced milk tart custard—this treat is a beautiful mix of two classic desserts.

Ingredients
For the Choux Pastry:

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Milk Tart Filling:

2 cups milk

3/4 cup sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

2 egg yolks

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract
