1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

Salt & pepper to taste

Truffle Roasted Potatoes
2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp truffle oil

1 tsp dried rosemary

Salt & pepper to taste

Garlic-Infused Rice
1½ cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt to taste

Truffle-Mushroom Garlic Cream Drizzle
¼ cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp truffle oil

1 tbsp finely chopped cooked mushrooms

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Water, as needed to thin
