These crispy garlic mushroom bites are the perfect combination of tender, juicy mushrooms wrapped in a crunchy, golden breadcrumb crust. Paired with a cool and refreshing herby vegan dip, these bites are everything you need for a satisfying snack or appetizer. They’re comforting, full of flavor, and completely cruelty-free!

Ingredients:
For the Mushroom Bites:

300 g (about 10 oz) mushrooms (button or cremini work best)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if preferred)

1/4 cup flour (use chickpea or all-purpose flour)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (like almond or soy milk)

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the Vegan Herby Dip:

1/2 cup plain vegan yogurt (or cashew cream)

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
