7 Days of Honey and Aloe Vera: See What Happens to Your Body!

Introduction
Combining two natural powerhouses—honey and aloe vera—may sound simple, but the results can be surprisingly powerful. When consumed daily over just one week, this duo can deliver a range of benefits from improving digestion to supporting skin health and boosting immunity. Here’s how it works, how to prepare it, and what to expect from this easy wellness ritual.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons pure honey (preferably raw or organic)

1 tablespoon fresh aloe vera gel (or food-grade store-bought gel)

1/2 cup warm water or juice (optional, to dilute)

How to Make
Harvest or scoop the aloe vera gel from a fresh aloe leaf. Make sure it’s clear, not yellow (the yellow part contains aloin, which can be irritating).

Mix 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel with 2 tablespoons of honey in a small bowl or cup.

Stir until smooth. You can consume it directly or mix it with warm water or juice.

Drink this mixture once a day—ideally on an empty stomach in the morning.
