Ingredients
For the Fried Rice:

2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ pound crawfish tails, cooked and peeled

½ cup Andouille sausage, sliced

2 eggs, scrambled

½ cup green bell pepper, diced

½ cup onion, diced

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for depth)
