Ingredients:

For the Sushi Rice:

2 cups sushi rice (short-grain Japanese rice)

2 ¼ cups water (for cooking rice)

¼ cup rice vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

12 ounces sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced

1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon sriracha

1 tablespoon mayo

1 teaspoon soy sauce
