5–6 fresh mint leaves
Juice of ½ lime or lemon
1 liter of water
Optional: a pinch of sea salt
4. Turmeric Golden Tea
1 cup hot water
½ tsp turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp honey (optional)
A pinch of black pepper (to aid absorption of turmeric)
