Here’s a simple and delicious spring-inspired recipe using the ingredients you have! It’s an easy, flavorful dish that makes the most of fresh ingredients, and it’s perfect for a light and satisfying meal.

Tomato and Egg Spring Skillet Recipe
Ingredients:
3 chicken eggs

2 tomatoes, chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

30 g butter

1 bunch of spring onions, chopped

1 raw bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 bunch of parsley and dill, chopped

120 g cheese (your choice)

100 g mozzarella cheese, grated

A little vegetable oil for cooking

Salt, ground paprika, and Italian herbs to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:

Chop the tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, spring onions, garlic, parsley, and dill.

Grate or chop the cheese and mozzarella.

Cook the Vegetables:

In a large skillet, heat a little vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to release their juices and soften.
