Ingredients:

For the Snails:

400 g ground meat

1 egg

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tsp Provence herbs

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic (dried or fresh)

Salt to taste

1 onion

1 carrot

1/2 bell pepper

50 g mozzarella

200 g cream cheese

Fresh dill and parsley (to taste)

400 g yeast dough (or puff pastry)

1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk (for brushing)

For the Salad:

1/4 small head of white cabbage

1 apple

1 carrot

Fresh herbs (to taste)

1 tbsp 9% vinegar

1 tbsp sugar

Vegetable oil and salt to taste
