Ingredients:

For the Pasta:

8 oz long, thin pasta (such as spaghetti or linguine)

Salt, for the pasta water

For the Seafood:

8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

8-10 mussels, cleaned and debearded

2 lobster tails, split and cooked (or substitute with other shellfish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (optional)

For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

For Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
