This Steak and Shrimp Hibachi is a flavorful, hibachi-style meal that you can easily recreate at home. Ingredients
For the Steak and Shrimp:

1 lb Shrimp, raw

1 lb Top sirloin steak (or any kind of steak you prefer)

1 ½ – 2 cups white rice, cooked

3 eggs

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 large zucchini, sliced

½ cup frozen peas and carrots mix (optional)

1 sweet yellow onion, sliced

4 teaspoons canola oil (vegetable oil is also fine)

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste

For the Sauce (optional):

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

1 teaspoon ginger, grated
