4-Ingredient French Yogurt Cake (No Eggs): Simple, Light, and Irresistible

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until smooth and well combined.
Add the vegetable oil (or melted butter) to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Add the Dry Ingredients
Slowly add the flour to the wet ingredients, mixing gently with a spatula or whisk until the batter is smooth and no lumps remain. Be careful not to overmix.
Step 4: Bake the Cake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
Step 5: Cool and Serve
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cool, slice and serve. For added flavor, dust with powdered sugar or serve with fresh berries if desired.
