3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Berry Bark | Simple & Refreshing

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread a generous layer of vanilla Greek yogurt onto the baking sheet, smoothing it out with a spatula until you have an even layer.

2. Add the Berries:
Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt. If using frozen berries, gently press them into the yogurt to prevent them from sliding around.

3. Drizzle with Honey:
Drizzle a little honey over the top for a touch of sweetness. You can add more or less depending on your taste.

4. Freeze:
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.

5. Serve:
Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately. Enjoy this refreshing, healthy snack!
